Shipping/Returns Policy

At Fashion NetClub our goal is to offer the best shipping option to you; "Get one or more, Free Shipping" no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you always. However, we apologize for delays experienced during these difficult times related to COVID-19. Production, shipping, and logistic carrier services are uncertain. (Go back to "Your Order" page for more info on how to following tracking of items).

Shipping

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification and process order. All orders are sent to our distribution center or manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours or next business day after the order is placed. The distribution center or manufacturer process the orders, which take an additional 3–7 days because due to demand. Then, we will send a tracking number to you, which it will be send via the email address you provided to us.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our distribution center or manufacturer to the destination. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world from any of our distribution center or manufacturers located in USA, or overseas. International delivery usually takes about 15–20 business days. US orders are shipped by USPS the US Postal Service. After processing and leaving the distribution center or manufacturer, items usually take between 7-14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer due to production, shipping, and logistics carriers service, which are beyond our control.

Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@fashionnetclub.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are 50% granted. -For example: Wrong size, style, or color from your part.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty or intimate products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Sale Items or Gift Cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
