With the ongoing situation around COVID-19, we wanted to share an update with you. As all we know, these are uncertain times, but we are sure about one thing: putting the health and safety of our team and our customers first is key.

Related to this, we want to give you an update: USPS and its e-Packet international service (which we use to bring your items in the USA) made drastic changes last April which means packages may temporarily require more time to be delivered to their destinations due to limited transportation availability as result of the Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic. Currently the US Postal Service has temporarily suspended acceptance and delivery of international mail items from several countries.
